Add Windows SharePoint Services contacts to Outlook

  1. In your Web browser, go to the Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services contact list that you want to access within Microsoft Outlook.
  2. Click Link to Outlook.
  3. When prompted, click Yes to add the Windows SharePoint Services contacts to Outlook.

    The Windows SharePoint Services contact list opens automatically.

Note  Windows SharePoint Services contact lists can be displayed in Outlook, but the lists must be created or edited directly on the Windows SharePoint Services site using your Web browser.
